Release 1.2.3

Release 1.2.3 is a small bug/fix release.  In this release we have fixed the following:

• You can no longer remove CAWeb News, CAWeb Recent Help or CAWeb Comments.  You can minimize them but cannot remove them from your dashboard.  These features are our way of communicating with you so we want them on your dashboard.
• If you are using the GitHub module you can now add private repositories to this module.
• We found some issues with some of the icons and these have now been resolved.
• Upgraded the navigation menu features to work at the sub menu level in addition to the top level navigation.
• We have removed the related videos feature from the video module.  Now your viewers will only see the video they requested and will not be bothered with all the related videos.
