Release 1.4.5a is now available!

Minor Fix
- We have found a minor error in the settings for Google Translate. Many sites have Google Translate turned off, however, when looking at the setting on the General Tab it looks like the site is using the Standard mode even though it is truly turned off. Also additional saves to the settings could enable Google Translate when the customer does not want it used.
