CAWeb Publishing email service restored

CDT had received reports of an outage affecting CAWeb Publishing email distribution.

The CAWeb Publishing hosting environments were having issues with sending out going email. Because of this 2FA users were not able to receive their login codes. This service has now been restored so users can again use the email 2FA process to manage their logins.

If you are using:

  • Email notifications (WPForms) for customer form creation you may have received form submittals and were not notified of the submission.  In order to find any missed submissions you will have to login to your website and review the WPForms Entries. If you are not familiar with how to do so please send us a message at cawebpublishingsupport@state.ca.gov and we can help you get visibility to your incoming form requests.
  • Oasis Workflow to manage your site build process you may have missed some email notifications. To determine if you have tasks needing action you should log into your website and review your Oasis inbox.
